Frequently asked questions
Can I post both vessel listings and wanted adverts on the same account?
Yes — the broker plan is the only plan that includes both sides out of the box. Owners and charterers get one direction each.
How does the 5-seat team account work?
Your €399/mo subscription covers up to 5 colleagues on one shared firm account. Vessels, jobs and inbox conversations are visible to everyone in your firm, and you assign each colleague Admin, Member or Viewer permissions from the Team tab in your dashboard.
Is there a per-seat overage if my firm grows?
No. The plan is capped at 5 seats with no overage charges. If you need more we'll work with you on a custom plan — get in touch at info@vessel4you.com.
What happens if a colleague leaves?
Firm admins can remove a colleague in one click from the Team tab. Their past activity stays attributed to them, but they lose access to your shared vessels, jobs and inbox immediately. The freed seat can be re-used for someone new.
What happens if I exceed the included listings?
You can keep posting — each additional vessel listing is €4.99 and each additional wanted advert is €1.99. No hard caps.
Is priority placement automatic?
Yes. Broker listings get priority placement in search results without you having to pay extra or toggle anything per advert.
